Great place to stay to get away! I got there late, and I was able to find it no problem! It feels like it's far away from everything, exactly what I was looking for. The Monahans Sandhills State Park is REAL close though. The bed was super comfortable, and they kept in contact with me the whole time. I'd stay here again.

    Guests and visitors are kindly reminded to be responsible for their own property.
  • Village Speed Limit:
    To ensure a safe and peaceful environment, the speed limit for the village is a gentle 10 MPH.
  • Parking Guidelines:
    Parking is permitted in front of the reserved BoxHouse for up to 2 vehicles. Alternatively, overflow parking is available with a possible fee.
  • Quiet Enjoyment:
    To respect the tranquility of our community, we observe park quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
  • Pet-Friendly Policy:
    We understand that your pets are part of the family! If you plan to bring a furry friend along, a $25 pet fee per reservation is required. Additionally, please review and agree to the pet addendum when making your reservation.
  • Smoke-Free Environment:
    For the comfort of all guests, smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the BoxHouses. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a clean and healthy atmosphere.
  • Guest Limit and No Parties:
    Guests are welcome to have up to 2 additional visitors on the property at a time. However, we kindly request that you refrain from hosting parties during your stay.
  • Fire Safety:
    Please note that open fires are not allowed. Our fire pits and BBQs should be propane-fueled to ensure a safe and controlled environment.
  • Toilet Etiquette:
    For the proper functioning of our plumbing, please refrain from flushing feminine products or flushable wipes down the toilet.
  • No Soliciting:
    To maintain the privacy and peace of our guests, we ask that there be no soliciting on the property.
